COVID-19 Pandemic Relief
During the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, over 15 million people filed for unemployment in the United States.
Sanama Foundation conducted a relief program and awarded several people in April, 2020. Individuals fitting the requirements below reached out:
Those who were laid off since MARCH 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic and needed assistance in paying bills and or purchasing daily essentials. This applied to all: citizens, permanent residents, and undocumented individuals.
Essential workers who were unable to get supplies due to excessive hours at work.
Parents of children who are home from school due to the pandemic with little to no school supplies.
Parents with small children who were unable to purchase daily essentials.
We thank everyone who took the time out to submit a form, we understand that asking for help is not always easy. SF took the time out to read every single email. Our hearts are with you and all of your families during this difficult time. While the COVID-19 Pandemic Relief form has been closed, SF will continue to work towards making the world a better place.
