Mission
The core mission of the Sanama Foundation is to educate, inspire, and empower underserved communities.
Our goal is to provide services that will enhance health education, promotion & quality, access to education, and community engagement. School-aged recipients will be equipped with vital resources and will be encouraged to develop intellectual, creative, and social skills. Adult recipients will be provided with a combination of learning experiences to improve the quality of their overall health such as physical, mental, and social health, which will, in turn, improve quality of life. The purpose of these goals is to empower the dreams of the young and awaken those of the seasoned in our communities.
Future goals are to be able to eliminate preventable morbidity which will decrease the overall mortality rates in underserved communities. The Sanama Foundation aims to implement public health, nutritional, behavioral health programs in schools, hospitals, and community centers. The Sanama Foundation wants you to know that we see you, we hear you, and we will fight the fight together!
